You can return any of the products within 14 days after your order has been delivered.

Return Policy:

Any item may be eligible for return if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

1. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition

2. Different item from what was ordered

3. Missing accessories

4. no longer needed ( not applicable for all items)

    Items under sales and gift cards will not be eligible for return.

    Return Procedure:

    1. Items eligible for return should be in informed through mails to our customer care unit. Unauthorized return will not be entertained and refunded.

    2. Pick up will be Schduled by our courrier partners. All items should be in original condition and in manufactures packing.

    3. Once we receive the item we would inspect and process the refund.

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

    In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

    Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    The refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10 to 15 working days.
